At Two Wolves Collaborative, we take a holistic approach to wellness and help you identify the barriers to empowerment and happiness. We are determined to help you reach your goals and to guide you in restoration to your authentic self. We work with both the adolescent and adult population.
We emphasize that our doors are open to all, as we welcome and fully embrace diversity, including all races, sexualities, gender expressions, religious beliefs, and political views.

60-90 minute therapy sessions will address and promote restoration and healing from painful past and current experiences.
EMDR Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing therapy targets the components of stuck memories so that they are moved from your limbic system to your pre-frontal cortex, where you can better sense of what you experienced. This allows for adaptive learning and new positive information to be integrated into our memory.
TF-CBT Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy will teach you how to identify traumas, learn psychoeducational about trauma, identify cognitive distortions resulting from trauma, feel safe, cope effectively, and have healthy and trusting relationships and healthy attachments again. The TF-CBT model targets PTSD symptoms and emotion dysregulation caused by traumatic stressors.
Seeking Safety therapy is a present-focused therapy that will help you attain safety and recover from substance abuse caused by trauma, including PTSD, by emphasizing coping skills, grounding techniques, and education.
We provide seasonal group therapy, based on the fluid needs of our community and our clientele. Group therapy sessions are facilitated by one or two therapists who work together to provide therapy in a small group setting.
